I had a issue with a high payment that just changed without letting me know anything. On nov 20,25. From that day 2:44pm until closing time and the next day nov 21,25 one of the employees Cynthia helped me with all she could and helped with my big payment to a better decent affordable one she’s been helping me since im not even sure how long but she’s super sweet patient nice helpful dedicated to her job. Something happened with the payment that I had made and long story short Cynthia is diving deeper into it, she helped me set up a new policy that was even cheaper than what I was paying before and she set it up to give me courtesy calls to make sure everything‘s on the up and up. I literally have never been taken care of or just calm down in the face of a huge amount of stress in my life by somebody that is literally here just to make sure payments and insurance stuff are situated correctly. I will only deal with Cynthia from now on
